What is SMS?
Short Message Service is abbreviated as SMS. This is how you may send short text messages to mobile phones directly. The maximum length of an SMS message is 160 characters.

Standard SMS messages are 160 characters long. We at Egosms follow this standard so for each 160 characters we shall charge as a single message

Do you add any text to my messages?
We don't include any text in your communications. Some businesses include portion text to advertise themselves; this takes up some of the 160-character limit.

How long does message delivery take?
The average delivery time through our SMS Gateways is around 10 seconds but may take longer due to network congestion.

What are credits?
A credit used is a representation for a message sent. In other wards one credit is equivalent to on message.For the bulk system (one credit is equal to the number of phone numbers which have received the message).

How can I make a payment for SMS credit?
The payment can be made through any of the available payment options like Online Mobile Money Payment, cheques, bank, and Direct Deposits at our offices.

How long does it take before credits bought are added to my account?
Bought credits will get added to your account within 10 Minutes from time of approval.

You can retrieve your password by clicking on the Forget username option in the Login page. The username shall be sent to you registered email address.
